Subhashini Prabhaker is a postgraduate in Social Work (MSW) with 14 years of experience in the development sector. She found her calling after a formative stint in the corporate world — working in it by choice, not by chance. With a strong inclination towards education and mental health, she brings strategic focus to diverse thematic areas and leads initiatives in project planning, implementation, stakeholder engagement, and capacity‑building. She also manages content development and documentation, having authored evidence‑based publications, thematic studies, and annual reports. Subhashini actively represents VANI as a resource person at national and international platforms, amplifying civil society voices and dialogue.
